**System Sales Manager**

**Responsibilities**:
1. To oversee and handle Cost Estimation, Cost Planning, Bill of Quantity (BOQ), Material Takeoff (MTO), Project Tender, Submission, Quotation and Sales Proposals, etc.

2. Evaluate the market trend to enhance future sales growth.

3. Drive revenue through expert account planning, resource planning and allocation.

4. To meet or exceed the established sales targets through strategic planning.

5. To define and prioritize key technical requirement for products, solutions and services to meet current and future customers’ business needs.

6. Liaise with the Customers / Consultants / Contractors to provide technical assistance, coordination and negotiation with the Suppliers / Vendors / Subcontractors.

7. To maintain excellent business relationship with Customers and all stake holders.

8. Able to perform plan and specifications exercise with owners and consultants to ensure successful implementations of our services to their assets.

9. All other ad hoc duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:
1. At least a Degree in Engineering / Electrical / Electronics or equivalent.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in managerial position.

3. Familiar with ACMV / HVAC System; especially BMS and good knowledge in the specifications, drawings and requirements

4. Good understanding in local construction projects

5. Good management, presentation and customer service skills

6. Preferably can join immediately or within short notice

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
