We are searching for a technical, creative, and hands-on SAP Basis Administrator to join SAP Technology team. In this role, you will be required to provide optimal solutions for a complex and integrated landscape. You would be required to think broadly and quickly.

**Description**

**Minimum Qualifications**
- At least 7 years of SAP Basis administration experience in large environments, preferably running SAP Business Suites including S/4 HANA.
- At least 3 years experience in monitoring and troubleshooting of HANA database.
- Experience on SAP S/4 HANA Greenfield or Brownfield implementation and upgrade of S/4 HANA.
- Experience in user management, monitoring and troubleshooting of HANA database
- Having participated in a minimum of 3-4 implementations of SAP systems.
- Experience in high availability, disaster recovery, system refreshes and backup mechanisms.
- Experience with SAP system upgrades, patches, and installations including HANA Database.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical multi-functional teams spread across regions
- Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Ability to take ownership of work activities and take it to conclusion in a timely and efficient manner
- Proficiency in SAP system performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Experience in BTP/Cloud etc.
- Exposer to Oracle, Linux, AIX.
