**Client**

Our client is a well-known F&B chain. They are actively seeking an individual to join their expanding team, offering an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic group focused on achieving both corporate and individual success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive SAP Basis support, including daily operations, system configurations, administration, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Ensure SAP systems are available around the clock.
- Oversee User/Client Administration, Authorization Management, System Performance Optimization, Audit Compliance, Transport Management, Scheduled Jobs, Patch Deployments, System Backups & Restorations, Kernel Updates, and OS/Database Upkeep across the organization.
- Spearhead SAP Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery strategies.
- Maintain server performance at optimal levels and conduct preventive maintenance to ensure seamless operations.
- Efficiently manage SAP support tickets to meet or exceed service level agreements.
- Act as the primary guardian of SAP System Architecture, including hardware and integration aspects.
- Coordinate effectively with external service providers.
- Ensure timely delivery of IT projects.
- Fulfill other responsibilities or tasks as designated by the IT Director.

**Job Specifications**:
**Educational and Professional Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Must possess foundational knowledge in SAP Basis Administration.
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP Basis.
- Familiarity with SAP HANA and Netweaver technologies is essential.
- Experience in S/4HANA environments will be considered a strong plus.
- An interest in software development processes is desirable.

**Skills and Qualities**:

- Strong analytical capabilities and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting effectively across all organizational levels.
- Independent worker with the ability to take initiative on projects.
- Experience working in Linux and SAP S/4HANA environments.
