**Job Scope**
- A detail-oriented and highly analytical Data Analyst.
- Processing and analyzing data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions.
- Work with large datasets, develop reports, and support various departments in data-driven strategies.

**Specific Accountabilities**
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Perform detailed analysis and provide insights on business performance, trends, and patterns.
- Design and implement data models, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data solutions.
- Use statistical tools and techniques to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present data findings in clear, understandable formats for stakeholders at all levels.
- Monitor and optimize data quality, performing regular data audits and ensuring compliance with data governance standards.
- Assist in automating data workflows and processes for efficiency.

**Skilled Required**
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Experience and Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
- Certification in data analytics or related fields.
