**Role: Enrolment Executive (Bilingual)**
- Assist students in scheduling entrance examination appointments and communicate relevant details to students or parents.
- Conduct pre-admissions counseling for students and parents, adhering to specific requirements of different schools.
- Notify students of their admission results, draft standard student contracts, clarify terms and conditions outlined in the standard contract and Form 12, provide guidance for signing necessary documents, and facilitate document submission to the school for review.
- Provide assistance to international students or parents in booking air tickets, hotels, opening bank accounts in Singapore, and arranging other necessary services upon arrival.
- Accompany students to clinics for vaccinations and physical examinations, ensuring timely submission of the physical examination report to the ICA for STP Formalities.
- Accompany students to the school and assist them through the registration process.
- Support pre-departure and arrival briefings for international students.
- Participate in initiatives aimed at helping new students acclimate to life in Singapore.
- Maintain compliance with relevant EduTrust Certification standards, including proper documentation and record-keeping, and collaborate with partner education institutions to enhance processes and introduce new initiatives.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company from time to time.

**Job Requirements**
- Hold a degree in Business or a related field of study.
- Possess 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exhibit meticulousness and be a self-motivated team player.
- Possess strong bilingual communication skills, including both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Display strong administrative and customer service skills.
- Work well under pressure within a fast-paced work environment.
- Be open to working on weekends when required (approximately once every 2-3 months).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
