**About the role**

Talent Blaze Pte Ltd is seeking a talented and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This is a full-time, remote work opportunity where you will have the flexibility to work from home while earning an uncapped commission-based income.

**What we're looking for**
- At least 2 years of experience in a recruitment or sales-focused role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a driven, results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- **CEI certificate required**
