**Partnerships and Business Development Manager
Our client, a Singapore-based company with software for the healthcare industry, specifically for doctors and patients of cancer.

They are looking for professionals who understand the “Enterprise SaaS” sales cycle in a healthcare environment.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner and client outreach and relationship management
- Identify and source partnership opportunities
- Research partners, identify key players and generate interest
- Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships
- Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with company’s contract guidelines and policies
- Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partners’ liaison internally
- Keep a great ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership
- Develop a growth strategy and identify the relevant KPIs, quantify customer acquisition cost, customer lifetime value, etc.
- Identify new clients across the world and help build a global client-base and partnerships
- Identify and follow new business opportunities
- Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
- Contact potential clients to establish relationships
- Maintain existing client relationships
- Report on successes and areas needing improvements

**Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
- Strong Enterprise SaaS sales experience (5+ years)
- Business knowledge of healthcare related industry clients
- Start-up experience is a plus
