Rehabilitation Trainer

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Exercise Physiologist / Physiotherapist in implementation of sports science / therapy modalities.
- Demonstrate and teach basic stretches, strengthening, agility / return to sports drills.
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of common medical comorbidities and their impact on sports performance.
- Identify patient's potential problems in relation to the condition / diagnosis referred.
- Assess patient in a logical manner and identify areas of concern.
- Plan and implement a treatment intervention, ensuring patient safety.
- Conduct standardized exercise testing / outcome measures.
- Monitor patient's progress throughout treatment and progress accordingly.
- Assist with clinic logistics as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Sports and wellness / sports science or equivalent.
- Experience working with sports teams is preferred.
- Preferably with certification in Sports Taping / Sports Massage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be fully vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccinations.
