Material Coordinator

Singapore SEATRIUM (SG) PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinates with Logistics/Procurement/Engineering Team for all incoming materials.
- Supervise the loading/unloading of materials from container/trailer in assigned storage area.
- Plans manpower and equipment schedule for the loading/unloading of materials
- Conducts initial material inspection to ensure that the quantity received is tallied with Packing List/DO by supplier.
- Ensures that all necessary documents and certificate are all available as per requirements & specification, ready for QA/QC inspection.
- Coordinates with QA/QC to conduct material inspection and liaise with Procurement/Suppliers for rejected or not conform to standards.
- Ensure that the basic preservation for each material is performed as per requirement.
- Supervises & ensure that all the piping / str materials received are correct/inspected that meets required material specification.
- Supervise and control all movements of materials IN/OUT of the stores/warehouse.
- Always ensures maximization of storage space for any new shipment.
- Update & Monitor Daily Stock Transaction Record in Excel Spreadsheet/system. (e.g. MRR/OS&D report)
- Perform inventory cycle count and check its condition.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in any Engineering disciplines or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in material coordination with piping or structure material
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, or equivalent
- Familiar with SAP/JDE or equivalent WMS an added advantage
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Able to work long hours / weekends / public holiday
- Possess Forklift license an added advantage
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills, positive thinking, self motivated, proactive and committed
- Team player, teamwork, possess leadership qualities, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
