PURPOSE
JOB SCPOE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Agent Maintenance:
- Oversee the creation, termination, suspension, and promotion of agent codes.
- Manage proxy requests and update agent information.- System Testing:
- Conduct testing for new product launches, new firm launches,
and system maintenance.- New Firm Onboarding:
- Facilitate the launch of new products and riders.
- Manage distribution agreements and product due diligence.- Reports and Payments:
- Generate and send various reports including commission and
incentives.
- Process commission and incentive payments.- Ad Hoc Matters:
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITY
- Good understanding of life insurance operations in IFA, Bancassurance and Brokers.
- Proven track record of strong administrative experience with a high level of accuracy and self-starter attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in relevant systems and software (e.g. AS400, Jira).
