**REPORTS TO**:Senior Director, Corporate
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide leadership and coordination for all recruitment initiatives by the Academy including but not limited to strategic planning, resource allocation, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
- Be an ambassador of the Academy inside and outside of the workplace.
- Maintain a positive attitude and always be a role model for employees.
- Promote a positive and cooperative work climate by maximizing productivity and employee morale.
- Leading, coaching, mentoring and supervising sales team to achieve targets.
- Crafting local and international sales plans.
- Development of implementation marketing strategies; analysing trends and results.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Keeping abreast in the industry market trends to keep the company competitive and innovative.
- Activate digital and technological transformation for productivity and growth.
- Maintain close, trusting relationships and facilitate open communication between branches and employees.
- Identification of markets and formulation of perfect pitch to maximise the yield from these markets.
- Planning for the recruitment team activities and allocation of resources to visit selected locations to generate revenue.
- Setting targets for members of recruitment team and holding the team accountable for the delivery of their recruitment targets.
- Ensuring that recruitment is done in accordance with SOP and Edutrust criteria.
- Achieve the individual business targets as agreed in the employment contract and LOA.
- Generate collaborations with external partners including but not limited to overseas representatives, agencies to support the academy’s business goals and outreach initiatives.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Tertiary qualifications (e.g. Degree or equivalent) in Business, Education, Hospitality or F&B Management.
- 10 years as Head of Sales or Recruitment.
- Track record of generating revenue and leading regional sales teams with at least $30m top line.
- Ability to maximise the benefits and capability of CRM system and data analytics.
- Possess strong business acumen within the food services or education sector.
- Affinity for disruptive innovations, digital transformations or partnerships and collaborations.
- Strong leadership, with results and profit orientation. Ability to communicate clear expectations and set the required standards.
- Ability to communicate in ways that energise a diverse audience in both English and another language (Mandarin or SE Asian language would be preferred).
