- Relevant experience working in a network security or information security roles.
- Technical skills and knowledge to manage and maintain corporate information security.
- Experience with network security technologies such as firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, etc.
- Experience in project implementation, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work autonomously or with mínimal supervision and deliver completed work on schedule.
- Willingness and capability to learn new technologies required for accomplishing project goals.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Diligent, Patient, Articulate, Cooperative
- Japanese language at a business proficiency level is essential to communicate with our Japanese clients for business needs/proposals/execution as well as for reporting purposes to our Japan HQ.

**C. Expected Working Assignment and accountabilities**
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures in compliance with industry best practices and each country's regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement secure network architectures.
- Develop mechanisms and documentation to enable APAC location to take security measures autonomously.
- Organize and structure IT and security operations structure, operation flow.
- Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and recommend and implement appropriate security controls.
- Stay updated on the latest security threats and industry trends, and assess their potential impact on our organization.
- Provide security awareness training and guidance to local employees.
- Manage relationships with security vendors and service providers, ensuring their performance meets our requirements
