Information Security Manager

**About the Role**

The Information Security Manager will play a crucial role in the implementation of the Information Security programs. You will work closely with the Information Security Chief of Staff and collaborate with leadership and technical teams on the continued evolution of Information Security programs across the cybersecurity, and company functions. We are looking for someone who has good knowledge of information security domains, a passion to execute the long-term strategy, and a strong aim to empower others. Self-starter mentality, analytical thinking, good communication, collaboration skills, and attention to detail are key.

**What You Will Do**:

- Support the day-to-day execution of mid to long-term cybersecurity strategies in partnership with leadership, technical teams, including internal and external partners
- Manage key Information Security program deliverables and report on key security metrics
- Lead standardized security working groups to drive progress of key initiatives
- Prepare regular security progress reports and analytics to support decision making
- Contribute to functional senior management reports
- Standardize end-to-end processes for strategy execution aligning to mid to long term strategic directions
- Support budget planning; capacity and headcount planning on program level
- Collaborate and provide oversight and guidance for periodic security assessments and improvements
- Provide knowledge and best practices sharing to drive the development of team members
- Build relationships with stakeholders and leadership across the organization to influence change and drive consistency with Information Security standards

**What You Will Need**:

- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Computer Science or Business Management/Administration, or other related field.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience. CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CISM, GCP, or relevant security certifications strongly preferred.
- A good combination of technical information security expertise and business experience to understand the intersection of Gojek’s business lines and initiatives to effectively execute security programs
- Advanced analytical thinking with the ability to construct and articulate meaningful messages
- Ability and appetite for handling complex and changing environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Public speaking experience preferred
- Proven track record of stakeholder engagement for a diverse stakeholder audience
- Maturity to execute delivery, ensure quality and manage relationships across teams/departments and geographic boundaries
- Ability to influence, negotiate and partner across multiple projects and teams/departments to achieve a specific agenda
