Roles and Responsibilities:
1 Cover admin duties (update system record, filing, and any other ad hoc tasks)
2 Assist Accounts Executive in Calculation and Checking of Staffs’ commission & Monthly work load.
3 Process Application, Renewal, and Cancellation of Work Permit, S Pass, and Employment Pass
4 Updating accurate staffs’ address record to MOM from time to time
5 Preparing documents, such as Employment Contract, Letter of Confirmation, and other letters requested by staffs from time to time.
6 Maintain accurate and up to date human resource files (staff Particular, Staff Leave record)
Qualification Requirement:
1 Diploma
2 Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Words
3 Communication in English and Chinese
4 Strong organizational skill and attention to details
5 Ability to work independently in a remote environment
6 Experience in HR/Admin/Accounts preferred
7 Flexible schedule/work from home is available on non-peak period, upon discussion and approval from General Manager
