**Responsibilities**:
- Lead business development efforts to support and drive the growth of Lazada platform in Singapore based on the company strategy.
- Identify new market segments and valuable brand/retailer prospects through data-driven analysis of the market and category behaviour.
- Acquire and incubate Key Power brands and target sellers in line with a long-term strategic plan.
- Implement campaigns and initiatives for new sellers to boost their performance.
- Ensure overall sales target are met through planning, forecasting, marketing and collaboration with internal teams

**Job Requirements**
- In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
- Min. Diploma / Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business area.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 year(s) of working experience in the related fields relating to business development/ sales.
- Relevant industry/ category exposure in Fashion and Mother & Baby Categories is preferred.
- Exceptional relationship development skills at all levels.
- Excellent written & verbal communication as well as presentation & negotiation skills.
- Action and solution-oriented mindset, comfortable in fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
- Microsoft office skills (PowerPoint, Word & Excel) - ability to develop & deliver quality presentations.
- Strong track record of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management.
- Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and stakeholders and presenting both over the phone.
- A great team player and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
