**About the role**:
As a division of Compagnie Financière Tradition (CFT), one of the worlds largest interdealer brokers with a presence in 30 countries, TraditionData provides world class market data and analytics across multiple asset classes including Rates, Fixed Income, FX and Commodities.

TraditionData is looking for a Data Specialist/Jr Product Manager who will act as the primary technical liaison with the Asia MDS Team and assist with the creation of new Asia based market data products that can commercialized to TraditionData clients.

**Primary Responsibilities Include**:

- Liaise with Asia MDS team and assist with the creation of new Asia based market data products as required either from enhancements to the existing suite or as required to support the direction of the business
- Manage product release schedules regionally or as part of the global product team
- Oversee and project manage the development of new financial products and phasing out of old products
- Manage relationship with Asia based Analytics, running bi-weekly calls between London Product team.
- Establish and maintain a connection with the broking business ensuring good communication procedures are followed
- Develop and implement product strategies as directed by the Global Head of Product to ensure a consistent vision for the data sales products and services with the overall objective to assist in the growth of revenue and client take-up
- Meet with clients in conjunction with the regional sales team
- Understand and the product development process in order to ensure products are released correctly and that they dont escape. Making sure content is shared within the data group

**Long Term Objectives Include**:

- Establish themselves as the "go to person" for all internal Asia data product related discussions
- Regularly meet with clients and market participants on an individual level to collect and collate information for successful product development
- Engage with third parties to look at solutions that will benefit company and its customers
- Represent Tradition at conferences and round tables

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- 4 years minimum related experience as a financial market data specialist.
- Experience in writing clear articulate technical specs for use by for product development.
- Experience with financial & trading data.
- Experience with at least 2 of 4 of the following asset classes: Rates, FX, Fixed Income, Commodities & Energy.
- Experience with Power Query and Power Pivot.
- Experience working with developers and technical market data professionals to bring product to market.
