- Handle aftermarket parts & maintenance contract enquiries.
- Handle warranty and follow-up claims from sales, distributors and end-user.
- Support site assessment and provide machine installation recommendation.
- Support startup and commission of Industrial equipment (Air Compressor/ Air Dryer).
- Support in communication with client on maintenance schedule arrangement.
- With Class 3 Driving License
- With Computing Skill (MS Win / Office & Outlook)
