**Purpose**:
To plan, execute, manage, control and issue the ICSS engineering deliverables and deliver the ICSS package of the assigned project within the defined technical requirements, schedule, cost and quality so as to deliver the project successfully.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand the ICSS design basis, project requirements including HSSE, scope, cost, schedule, quality requirements, client and class requirements and project execution philosophy. Incorporate the project requirements in the engineering design and deliverables
- Plan, lead and manage ICSS team resources by identifying the work assignment for each team member in coordination with Project Lead I&C Engineer. Clarify responsibilities and deliverables of each individual.
- Plan, lead and manage the ICSS deliverables as per project requirements. Issue the deliverables as per the project timeline and quality requirements.
- Direct and manage project work including issue of deliverables within schedule and quality. Complete ICSS engineering and FAT, SAT on time within project schedule. Support commissioning and operations.
- Provide technical expertise on solving system engineering problems, monitor and control the project work by closely communicating with the team. Ensure the deliverables are meeting the project requirements and meeting project schedule.
- Identify improvement opportunities and innovative ideas. Innovate the new ideas and methodologies to improve project schedule/cost saving/quality.
- Guide the ICSS team on change management control, anticipate the technical issues and take preventive action to mitigate the risk. control the scope/schedule/cost/quality and mitigate the cost escalation or schedule delays.
- Closely coordinate with the team, project lead I&C engineer, inter-discipline communication, internal and external stake holders. To ensure all stakeholders are aligned with the project requirements and deliverables are approved and ICSS package is delivered as per schedule.
- Work closely with the project lead I&C engineer to independently define critical deliverables, plan, manage, control, approve and deliver ICSS package for the assigned project effectively and efficiently according to specified technical requirements, timelines, and budget, manage project ICSS resources, and independently deal with and resolve all ICSS related technical issues of the project, and provide guidance to the assigned ICSS team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor or Mater's degree in instrumentation and control with atleast 11 to 12 years of experience in offshore oil and gas, FPSO.
- Familiarity of ICSS engineering practices in FPSO/FSO or other Oil & Gas facilities (Offshore project experience preferred)
- Knowledge in MS Office, AutoCAD
