The **ICSS Boardman **performs mechanical completion, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.

**DISCIPLINE SKILLS**:

- Should possess knowledge of and preferably experience in:

- Strong knowledge of various Control System architecture types for DCS, PLC and Data acquisition systems and supervision in installation, termination and testing of various types of communication cables as Ethernet, Fibre Optic, Profibus, etc. Experience with Siemens PCS7 DCS will be considered as a strong advantage;
- Experienced in Fault-finding and repair of instrumentation/electronic systems and equipment in Control panels and in the field;
- Experienced in installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning of Integrated Control and Safety Systems; knowledge and experience in operation and process could be considered an advantage;
- Experienced in installation of DCS indoor equipment in Control Rooms, Server Rooms, LER and outdoor equipment (Outdoor Local control panels with Vortex coolers, purging systems, etc);
- Experienced in implementing of Packages integration in ICSS and testing of Modbus, OPC communication between DCS/ICSS and packages;
- Experienced in Instrumentation loop Checking activity and Support for loop checking from Control Room HMI’s as graphic synoptic checks, graphic faceplates checks, Instrument ranges and measuring units, Alarm & Trip setpoints checks, etc);
- Experienced in the interpretation of all engineering documents including Instrumentation Datasheets, P&IDs, Cause & Effect Diagrams, Loop Drawings, etc;
- Experienced in testing of F&G, PSS Cause and Effect logic and PCS Control narratives. Fully understanding of Differential Gap Controlling, PID controllers, cascaded controllers, etc;
- Familiar with the concept of Commissioning Systems and the representation of the same using Limits of System Hanover Documents;
EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of 4 years construction or commissioning experiences in Oil & Gas Industry; especially for Offshore products and systems. Preferably gained within SBM Product Lines and FPSO experience will be a strong selection criteria;
- Completions Tools (ECOM) including documentations
- PTW and JSA
- Competency of Ex Qualification such as CompEx Or IECEx COPC or equivalent training and significant experience

Valid Sea Survival OPITO certificate BOSIET/HUET represents an advantage;
