As the Investor Relations Lead at Aethir, you will be the primary interface between our investor network and internal teams. You will work proactively to enrich and create value for all stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication, fostering strong relationships, and driving alignment on strategic goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to navigate the complexities of investor relations in a fast-paced tech environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors, understanding their goals and aligning them with Aethir’s vision.
- Proactive Communication: Develop and implement an effective communication strategy to provide regular updates on Aethir’s progress, milestones, and market opportunities.
- Value Creation: Identify and execute initiatives that deliver measurable value to investors, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports, presentations, and updates for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Strategic Insights: Gather and analyze feedback from investors to inform company strategy and operations.
- Event Coordination: Organize and manage investor events, webinars, and meetings to strengthen engagement and showcase Aethir’s vision and achievements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and executive teams to align messaging and initiatives with investor expectations.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in investor relations or similar role in web3.
- Proven track record of managing investor relationships and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Strong understanding of financial metrics, market dynamics, and the technology landscape.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
