**Your day to day**

voco Orchard Singapore is seeking a dynamic and creative Director of Marketing to be part of its team. As Director of Marketing, you are responsible for the planning, directing, and coordinating on all marketing and communication activities for the hotel. You will lead the marketing team and ensuring the department performs an integral role in bringing together all function areas to ensure revenue targets are achieved.
- Develop, proactively manage and implement the annual marketing plan to include eCommerce, brand and loyalty marketing within budget guidelines
- Measure the success of all marketing activities, promotions and campaigns, and producing performance reports for all key stakeholders
- Develop and manage the roll out of marketing initiatives to support the hotel in meeting revenue targets
- Oversee the execution of all promotional activities, whether local, regional or global, across all available channels, ensuring brand adherence and measuring effectiveness
- Custodian of all brand standards relating to collaterals - ensure all collateral conforms to brand standards and content is compliant of corporate guidelines and within budget guidelines across all marketing activities
- Maintains regular good contact with media and involves in media entertainment, site inspection for visiting media and journalists to ensure constant, high-profile exposure of the hotel.
- Coordinates, maintains and utilises an updated database of contacts for promotions
- Responsible for building a coherent social media strategy for the hotel and its outlets
- Conduct continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends, and use findings to continuously evaluate and drive commercial success
- Lead effective content management across all available channels, including hotel website, OTAs, social media, mobile marketing and partnership programs
- Manages the hotel photo database, ensuring that all photos are up-to-date
- In coordination with General Manager, serve as hotel representative for media and public inquiries
- Keeps updated and applies the latest marketing trends in the industry.
- Perform other duties where required

**What we need from you**
- Degree in Marketing Communications or Business or equivalent.
- You have minimum 5 years working experience, with experience in hotel PR and Marcomms in a senior leadership position
- Experience in team and stakeholder management is an added advantage
- Oral and written fluency in English. Fluency in another language is an advantage
- Great communication skills, ability to interact with guests, employees and third parties that reflect highly on the hotel, the brand and the company.
