That's why we're looking for sincere, honest and driven cat owners to join our customer service team. If you have a passion for speaking to, listening, problem-solving and placing smiles on other's faces, we want you knocking on our doors

**What You'll Do**:

- Respond to customer enquiries regarding the company's products and services
- Attend to multi-channel inquiries and log them in a timely manner
- Monitor, update and close CRM tickets
- Maintain an e-commerce database with promotions, new products

**Job Requirements**:

- You must possess a love for cats and have an empathetic disposition
- Enjoy building customer relationships
- Possesses a good approach to customer care, including good listening skills and call handling
- Relevant experience in customer service or front-facing customer positions
- Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English
- Strong typing skills (min 40 wpm)
- Proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malayu is preferred
- Be able to handle challenging customers via multiple inbound channels
- Be able to work independently and proactively
