Salary Range : $12,000-$18,000

**Job Description**:
1. Fully responsible and accountable for ensuring the smooth delivery and implementation across all the

projects on the Health account

2. Provide leadership direction and guidance to the project delivery leads on the technical architecture

approaches, operations best practices, risk mitigation strategies and program management disciplines,

and define the overall account delivery road map.

4. Responsible for managing and coordinating the resolution of all critical issues to minimize disruptions

to the implementation & operations of the systems

5. Understand, execute and track all service delivery commitments to the client as part of the contracts

6. Develop customer strategies for performance metrics, escalation management, and communication.

7. Address escalations from the client

**Qualifications**:
1. At least 15 years of IT Management and Service Management

2. Experience managing large teams
