- OtherOversee the development, implementation and performance of supportive care services - Meals-On-Wheels (MOW), Medical Escort & Transport (MET), Centre Based Transport (CBT) to support clients living in the community.
- Work with community service providers to build capability to increase service capacity and improve service standards to seniors in the community
- Lead in the management of services which includes engaging stakeholders to obtain insights, identify gaps/new area of needs and review current service models
- Work with service providers and/or other community partners to develop and implement new initiatives, innovative models to deliver the services
- Evaluate effectiveness of new initiatives / models and propose recommendations for future service improvements
- Manage feedbacks from stakeholders on service related issues
- Monitor and manage service provider’s key performance indicators (e.g. service turnaround time, client satisfaction level to ensure that service providers meet the key targets
**Job Requirements**:
- Degree holder in any discipline
- Has experience in areas of service operations, project management and stakeholder engagement.
- Service-oriented with keen interest in innovation and digitalisation
- Strong interpersonal skills & ability to establish good working relationships with internal/external stakeholders
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Possess excellent writing, verbal communication, analytical skills to evaluate/review data
- Ability to work independently and as a team to multitask, monitor timelines across multiple assigned project/tasks
