**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our dynamic Design team focused on enhancing the Private Bank experience within digital platform Armed with a strong eye for design, you will create exceptional user experiences that are informed by research and data. To succeed in this role, you will need to skillfully weave together customers’ needs and business objectives into delightful and engaging user experiences that elevate our Private Banking services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with the Design Lead, product owners, other designers, and engineering teams to deliver outstanding user experiences across our digital channels specific to the Private Bank.
- Represent the Design Team when necessary and lead discussions with product owners and development teams to ensure the voice of the user is prioritized and integrated into all design decisions.
- Participate in research and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and solutions that address customer pain points within the Private Banking sector.
- Work in tandem with the content team to ensure that design and content enhance and elevate the overall user experience.
- Demonstrate creativity while adhering to brand guidelines, design systems, and project constraints to deliver cohesive and visually appealing designs.
- Create beautiful and engaging user interfaces that align with user needs, business objectives, and technical specifications.
- Manage multiple projects effectively while prioritizing time-sensitive deliverables to meet critical deadlines.
- Mentor junior or new designers on the team, sharing your expertise and fostering their professional growth.

**Job Requirements**:

- 5+ years of user experience and human-centered design expertise, with a strong portfolio showcasing your capabilities.
- Relevant experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, and other design artifacts.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Axure, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.
