**Position Overview**:
As a Business Development Lead, you will play a key role in expanding our sales channels and boosting sales through effective partnerships and Direct to Consumer. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, particularly in the online space. This position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and establish new sales channels, including online marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, and retail partnerships.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential partners to maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive sales.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Monitor and track sales performance, and provide regular reports and insights to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform sales strategies.
- Assist in developing sales collateral and materials to support partner engagement and sales efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales or business development, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry.
- Strong understanding of online sales channels and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Passion for skincare and beauty products, with a genuine interest in promoting healthy skin.

**Location**: This position is remote, with occasional meetings as needed.

**Hours**: Part-Time, flexible schedule.
