**Responsibilities**
- Responsible in invoicing related work. Ensure prompt to perform billing activities in the billing system to meet all billing timeline in an accurate manner
- Ensure all billing activities are well coordinated to meet customers' requirement
- Generate and send out invoices to customers on time
- Preparation of sales report
- Responsible in handling financial accounting (Month end closing summary report, Monthly GM report, Quarterly and Annual Financial Report for the division)
- Assist in the preparation of spreadsheets, report and correspondence as required
- Carry out reporting activities according to specific deadlines
- Assist in finance documents presentation (PowerPoint)
- Liaise with accounts on finance matters
- Liaise with external vendor for billing related issues
- Assist with year-end audit preparation and procedures Other ad hoc assignment
**Requirement**
- Diploma in Accountancy with 3-5 years of working experience in manufacturing environment
- At least 2 years of related working experience in billing related function or experience in Logistic/Supply chain Good in using Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, accounting system
