**Live Streaming Backend Operation
**Company Overview**

Manne & Co is a live-streaming station that is looking to grow in the realm of content creation and develop marketing strategies that will effectively attract new fans and customers. As a forward-looking company, we adopt state-of-the-art technology in our live streams where customers can experience novel formats of online shopping.

**Job Scope**
- Monitor goods from suppliers / overseas suppliers and update in the system.
- Maintain the backend system to ensure timely updates on orders.
- Perform inventory control measures to ensure accuracy and minimise discrepancies.
- Ensure return orders are processed.
- Update details to ensure all information are accurate in the system.
- Arrange DHL on shipments to be arrived in warehouse.
- Ability to solve any processing order issues, return orders and customer complaints.
- Investigate and follow up on defects / missing items.
- Handle customers’ queries and ensure to maintain excellent customer service level at all times to fulfil customers satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and delivery results under mínimal supervision.

**Job Requirement**
- Min. 2 years relevant experiences in logistics industry or international trade-related experiences.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multi tasks.
- Familiar with MS Applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to details, proactive follow-up and efficient time management.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Team player and committed to work.
- Effective communication and co-ordination skill.
- Bilingual individuals, proficiency in Mandarin, spoken & written will be required.
- People person, friendly & customer centric.
- Able to commence work at a short notice.
