We seek a motivated Business Support Associate to join our team in Singapore.

**Job Description:
**Digital Investment Platform Management**:

- Process investor withdrawal requests.

**Regulatory Compliance**:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual submissions to the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
- Liaise with outsourced compliance consultants to ensure legal compliance with government regulations.
- Liaise with the corporate secretarial firm on all company secretarial-related matters.
- Maintain company records on directorship, shareholding, and company secretary details.

**Administrative Support:
- Assist in various administrative tasks, including filing corporate documents/letters and submitting documents to relevant external parties.Provide ad hoc support around the office as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and be meticulous and resourceful.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.
