**Head Coach (BFT)**:

We're searching for a passionate and dynamic Head Coach to lead our team and community at the brand-new BFT studio, near Segar Road, Bangkit, Bukit Panjang area. We're not just opening a gym; we're building a fitness family, a place where everyone feels welcome, supported, and challenged, no matter their age, background, or fitness level.

This is a unique opportunity to shape our studio from the ground up, set the culture, and become the heart of our community. As a BFT Head Coach, you'll be the face of our brand, leading by example and inspiring both our members and your coaching team to be their best selves.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- **Lead a passionate coaching team**:Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of coaches, fostering a positive and collaborative environment. You'll be responsible for scheduling, training, and ensuring our coaching standards are consistently high.
- **Create an inclusive atmosphere**:Build strong rapport with members of all ages and backgrounds. Make sure every person who walks through our door feels seen, heard, and excited to be there.
- **Deliver exceptional classes**:Lead group training sessions that are energetic, engaging, and motivating. You’ll deliver the BFT programming with a focus on proper form and technique, ensuring a safe and effective workout for everyone.
- **Grow our community**:Drive member engagement both inside and outside the studio. You'll be our community champion, organizing events and fostering connections among our members.
- **Be a brand ambassador**:Actively promote our studio on social media by creating engaging content, including photos and videos, to highlight our coaches, members, and the BFT experience.
- **Studio management**:Work with the studio manager on day-to-day operations, including new member onboarding, retail sales, and maintaining a clean and well-organized studio space.
- **Support our members' journeys**:Help members set and achieve their fitness goals, providing encouragement and guidance along the way.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A genuine passion for fitness and helping others.
- An engaging and enthusiastic personality that can connect with anyone.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strong verbal communication skills and comfort with public speaking.
- Experience in group fitness and a strong understanding of functional training principles.
- A proven ability to create engaging social media content.
- A relevant fitness certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM) and CPR/AED certification.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
