**BFT Loyang is looking for an experienced Head Coach to join our team.
We are on the hunt for a passionate, confident, initiative and highly motivated individual who is keen to take lead a dynamic and high-performing coaching team.

**About BFT**

Body Fit Training is Australia's fastest-growing and most advanced group training methodology. We've incorporated scientifically proven training techniques into a variety of 50-minute training sessions that are overseen by award-winning coaches in a dynamic group environment. We follow an elite periodised program with heart rate-specific training to help each member achieve the results that they are after.

**Role Description
As Head Coach, you will be responsible for successfully managing the studio and its team. The position includes managing the daily operations, which include but not limited to, the following tasks:

- Assisting the Studio Manager with the overall financial success of the club, through new member acquisition, existing member retention and all other revenue streams
- Meeting KPI's
- Membership sales
- Proactively seeking new membership opportunities
- Maintenance of equipment
- Advertising campaigns
- Outreach and community involvement
- Customer service resolution
- Member retention
- Member challenges and member engagement
- Create a positive club culture with a strong focus on member appreciation
- Promote the BFT brand and image within the local community
- Maintaining a high standard of studio presentation and cleanliness

**Qualifications**
- Personal Training Certification (ACE / NCSF / any other relevant certification)
- Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in a group fitness coaching role (BFT preferred)
- Current CPR/AED and First Aid Certificate
- Sales experience (desired)
- Proven success in building and sustaining a membership base (desired)
