
Sales Admin Assistant

Provide administrative support to the sales team with quality and timely sales relevant data input
Prepare & update sales reports
Generate initial customer invoices and collection of first month rental and Security deposit
Co-ordinate with Housekeeping/Maintenance/Concierge department to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Filing of all leasing documents
Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate superior
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
Hands-on approach towards work.
Excellent interpersonal/communication skills for internal and external contacts.
