DESIGNATION : Executive/Senior Executive, Brand & Customer Experience

RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-Commerce Executive/Senior Executive to spearhead the growth and success of our online Marketplace for Singapore EXPO's diverse range of e-commerce products and services. Reporting to the Assistant Director, Brand and Customer Experience, you will be instrumental in the end-to-end management of our e-commerce presence. This encompasses supporting the planning, development, and implementation of our proprietary e-commerce platform, as well as ensuring seamless order fulfillment through effective coordination with both clients and vendors. You will also play a key role in developing and executing integrated on-site and online marketing strategies designed to drive sales and optimize the overall customer experience.
- Support the planning, development, and implementation of the company owned sales online platform.
- Support the development of company's e-commerce strategy, including defining and setting best practices for eCommerce content management, update documentation and ensure best practice is maintained across the website.
- Build and work with wider teams, partners and vendors and be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the E-Commerce operations, order fulfilment, pricing management.
- Collaborate with marketing team to create a comms strategy to increase sales by driving awareness of the platform and drive conversion.
- Plan, implement and track sales to optimize results and meet commercial goals and KPIs.
- Manage, quote and respond to online enquiries received in the sales inbox daily.
- Any other duties and projects as assigned by your Reporting Officer from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 1-3 years of working experience in E-Commerce Channel Management. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Meticulous with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, ROI driven.
- Strong project management abilities, including the coordination of multiple tasks and stakeholders and the ability to manage deadlines.
- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g. Magento or Shopify) would be ideal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Ability to support events on weekends when required.
