**JOB TITLE**: Pre-Sales Consultant

**REPORTS TO**: President, Business

**OVERVIEW**:
EVYD Technology is building a future where everyone can access better healthcare. Our Business department is the spearhead of our organization that identifies new markets to venture into and secures business. As a Pre-sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical and product expertise to our potential customers and partners. This role will work closely with our product, technical, and medical departments.

**KEY DELIVERABLES**:

- Understand potential customers needs and pain points to formulate possible solutions.
- Fully understand EVYD's existing products and technical teams' abilities to explore and present what is possible.
- Support the Business team in securing and closing new customers or contracts.
- Documentation of customer needs for further use by product, technical, and medical departments.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support the Business team in meeting customers to understand their needs and pain points, and formulate possible solutions using our existing technology.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations that include product demonstrations that showcase our capabilities.
- Serve as the bridge between Product and potential customers. Provide in-depth product and services knowledge that you may relate to customers and ensure a similar understanding of customers' needs is communicated vice-versa.
- Collaborate with the product, technical, and medical departments to ensure formulated solutions are possible and align with customers' needs.
- Ensure Product team is provided with sufficient customer requirements to meet their needs upon securing them as a client.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge and stay up to date with industry trends.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a commercial, pre-sales or management consulting role.
- Experience with healthcare IT solutions is a plus.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings and events.
