Leading organisation in the manufacturing sector is looking for a Learning & Talent Management Manager, up to SGD13,000/month.

**Your new company**
A growing market leader is currently looking for a Learning & Talent Management Manager to be part of their team to provide support to employees. Based close to an MRT, location is easily accessible.

**Your new role**
You will be part of the HR team as a Learning & Talent Management Manager and will be managing 1 direct report. You will provide professional advice regarding all matters related to Learning & Development and Talent Management. You will partner with senior stakeholders and HR leaders in the design and execution of talent strategy, design and develop learning content and lead in culture building within the organization.

**What you'll need to succeed**
Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as you will ideally have:

- Strong in Learning & Development and Talent Management related skillset
- Experienced in preparing, facilitating and execution of learning content
- Ideally have been in a manufacturing industry and have relevant industry training experience
- Must be fluent in Mandarin as you will speaking with and managing mandarin speaking stakeholders and employees
