The Asia Materials Manager is responsible for building the processes and team involved in Purchasing, Production Planning, Material Planning, Inventory Management, Material Master Management, Warehousing and Logistics. Interfacing with other functional leaders, the manager is a key member of the Pall’s multi-year capacity expansion in Singapore.

The Materials Manager is a highly cross-functional role in a matrix environment. This leader is expected to build productive and highly collaborative relationships globally, with Sales and Operations leaders, PSI personnel, Commercial Team members, Customer Service, Marketing, R&D, Purchasing, and Finance, among others, to ensure high levels of On-Time Delivery and customer satisfaction are achieved while supporting the optimization of Working Capital and Costs. Also ensure the team’s performance around Safety, Quality, and Productivity while improving yearly employee survey/engagement scores.

This position is part of the Asia Materials Group and will be located in Science Park, Singapore. Reporting to the VP of Operation - Microelectronics, you will be working on a Hybrid Mode.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:
Establish the demand and supply analysis model for Microelectronics business and proactively provide inputs to the leadership team for decisions around capacity expansion needs.

Establish the processes and team to drive the end-to-end supply chain functions, covering purchasing, production planning, materials planning, inventory management, material master management, warehouse, and logistics for the Singapore site.

Develop robust and sustainable standard works by leveraging Danaher Business System and Danaher Material System; Develop robust and effective reporting tools to provide performance visibility

Optimize production planning to maximize outputs and optimise the inventory with accuracy to minimize scrap/waste/variance, while improving OTD, Working Capital, PPV while reducing Past Due, Scraps, and Non-Conformance Supply.

Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, EHS&S, Finance, Customer Service, Commercial Teams, etc. to deliver excellent results based on Pall’s core value drivers.

Be part of the team coordinating engineering changes, product line extension and product launches to ensure timely and orderly material/production flow transitions.

**The essential requirements of the job include**:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or Science preferred, with more than 5 years of experience in the related supply chain roles and more than 2 years of leadership experience

Advanced competency in SAP ERP system - MM, PP, WM and SD; Mastery of Microsoft productivity suites. Advanced Excel skills are required

Competency in dashboard reporting tools, e.g. Qlikview, Tableau, and Power BI with in-depth analytics

Ability to navigate through ambiguity and solve complex challenges; driving problem-solving and continuous improvements

Leading cross-functional projects to deliver the organization's goals.

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:
Supply chain, production planning and inventory management experience in a manufacturing environment.

APICS Certified Production Inventory Management (CPIM) (or equivalent)
