**Job Scope**:

- Manage and execute warehouse and inventory processes in terms of put-away, storage location and organization
- Perform order fulfilment and ensure that orders are well-packed in a neat and efficient way
- Generating, updating and uploading New Product SKUs onto the website and Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Develop and update the operations and warehousing training handbook. To conduct training for the team when necessary
- Meet regularly with warehouse team and management team to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for productivity and cost reduction
- Maintain standards of safety, hygiene and security in the warehouse and fufilment area
- Liaise with logistic partners and build relationships

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 year experience in warehouse operations or order fulfilment, preferably in the e-commerce, retail or consumer goods space
- Organized, detail-oriented, and gets work done
- Good team player, energetic and self-motivated
- Bonus: able to work on some weekends when required
