We are a leading supplier of adhesives, sealants, and adhesives equipment products, and we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business and maintaining existing relationships with customers to achieve sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate new leads and sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate adhesives, sealants, and adhesives equipment products
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure ongoing business and customer satisfaction
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to customers
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements with customers
- Provide regular reports on sales activity, customer feedback, and market trends to management
- Attend industry trade shows and events to promote our products and services

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the adhesives and sealants industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of adhesives, sealants, and adhesives equipment products is preferred but not required (Trainings will be provided)
