**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Analyze current and past financial information (e.g., profit loss accounts, financial statements, working capital, costs, prices, expenses, revenues, rates of return)
- Analyze external economic conditions and impact on business operations
- Develop financial models and providing financial forecasts to support organizational decision making
- Measure and forecast potential impacts of financial transactions and corporate development activities
- Develop automated reporting and forecasting tools for more efficient use of data, including review of report/analysis methods to improve quality of reporting and analysis
- Drive continuous improvement activities in the areas of planning and forecasting, reporting and analysis
- Experience in coordinating for due diligence including financial and tax due diligence will be an added advantage.
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years of progressive relevant experience as an accountant, auditor or computer programmer analyst
- Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Auditing Standards
- Strong complex problem solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work closely with Senior Management within a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment
