You will be assigned to the JJ Vision APAC Business Technology group as IT Manager (Business Technology Leader) and will have opportunities to learn and work in meaningful projects in the Digital, eCommerce & CRM that will address real business needs. Business Technology Leader IT Manager is accountable for the development of solutions for a Vision sector value stream and business partners through Scaled Agile delivery. The Manager will work in partnership with the Business Product Owners, Business Technology Leaders and Development Team to lead risk in the backlog and supervise and control the timeliness and quality of work. Working across multiple business technology and Product Line Groups, the Manager will shape and deliver innovative data solutions for our business, requiring good technical and discernment and the ability to shape technical solutions.

This role reports to the Senior Manager, Business Technology Leader (BTL) and supervises the creation of teams of Technology Services resources to execute against business value stream roadmaps and key programs crafted to deliver shared business outcomes, cross AP markets (rest of AP markets except of Japan, China and Korea). This individual will serve as an advocate and IT strategy planner within Business Technology team for Scaled Agile methodologies, processes and rituals.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

You will be:

- Look for innovative solutions in the market to address business needs (rest of AP markets except of Japan, China and Korea)
- Ensure the business and technical solution architecture is complete and fit-for-purpose in terms of its ability to address partner requirements
- Work with architecture team to ensure that security and technical architectures are in line with the overall business needs and strategy
- Ability to explain digital concepts to senior business partners, as well as business concepts to technologists is required.
- Demonstrate ability in partnering with partners to generate mutually helpful, long-term opportunities and negotiating outcomes is preferred.
- Experience driving business outcomes through technology and data is required.
- Validated experience in examining issues, crafting strategy and influencing effectively across a complex organization is preferred.
- Employs good judgement in figuring out how innovations will be deployed to produce business outcomes is preferred.

**Qualifications**
You should:

- A University Degree is required, master’s degree is preferred. Preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant Information Technology experience is required.
- Project management experience is required. good interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills working in a matrixed organization are required.

Preferred:

- Healthcare experience is preferred.
- A track record of delivering high quality systems and products/services are preferred.
