Executive Assistant, Danaher SEA & ANZ

Come join a fantastic team As part of the Danaher SEA & ANZ team, you will be responsible for implementing systems, handling dairies, co-ordinate meetings and staff communication sessions, make travel and accommodation arrangements, take minutes, and deal with different level of stakeholders.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Regional President and Functional Directors.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, events and managing event calendars.
- Ability to plan for board meetings, craft agendas, understand business conversations in the meetings and take notes.
- Comfortable building/driving/following up on agendas cross-regionally and cross-culturally.
- Coordinate training programs which includes DBS trainings in the region.
- Coordinate official overseas travel - including arranging for visas, facilitating approval for travel and admin leave, travel itinerary and meetings, accommodation, flights and other transportation.
- Preparing of documents, report, PowerPoint presentations, excel data collection and analysis
- Interact with external clients and incoming visitors.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Management.

- Excellent organizational skills, with initiative and drive
- Possess good time-management skills with ability to prioritize tasks assigned
- Able to work independently
- Discreet when dealing with confidential information
- Cheerful and pleasant

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma in Administration, secretarial qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an executive assistant and/or program manager.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint.
- Minimal travel.
