We currently offer the following position in our office in Singapore which will be onsite.

**Overview**

Responsible for supporting the production training coursework activities and performing multi-production tasks using specialized skill

**Responsibilities**
- Perform on-the-job training to ensure new/exsiting staff is qualified for their jobs.
- Creating training programmes new/exsiting staff.
- Preparing of presentations, handouts, and learning materials.
- Perform technical training tasks, such as reviewing and modifying procedures, troubleshooting, and resolving defects.
- Update and maintain training record.
- Coordinate internal & external audits (such as ISO / FDA audit).
- Makes suggestions to improve the quality of workmanship standards.
- Adhere to safe working procedures and principles introduced at the workplace.
- Report unsafe act or workplace condition.
- Comply and adhere to the company Quality Management System and Environment, Health & Safety requirements.
- Other duties / ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

**Your Profile**
- Diploma in learning and Development or Facilitating Learning Development or other equivalent qualification with min 3 years of experience
- Proven experience assisting in the development of training materials and instruction.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
