**About Our Client**:
For more than 20 years, our client is a leading provider of cosmetic formulation software, based in US, Europe and Singapore. They have a team of over 40 people, who ensure the constant improvement of its products and cosmetic expertise.

Their major product is a software for formulation development and global regulatory compliance that allows the cosmetics industry to efficiently manage development projects, reduce time to market, improve the quality and reliability of information and ensure product compliance with the regulations in effect.
- You'll be helping and assisting customers in APAC and especially in Japan to ensure their satisfaction while increasing their loyalty.
- Be a link between the sales team, the technical support, the product team and their customers
- Keep close contact with customers in order to understand and synthetize their needs for internal teams.
- Carry out technical operations, trainings, new customers implementations and provide advice for the use of their solutions.
- You'll also be involved in pre-sales as consultant for prospects, in tandem with the sales representative.
- Providing training sessions to cosmetic laboratories formulators.
- Assisting new customers during the implementation phases to ensure an optimized usage when going-live.
- Listening and collecting customers' needs, expectations, and claims.
- Improving customer satisfaction thanks to your ability in building a rich and close customer relationship.
- Participating to the expansion of their solutions to existing customers and prospective customers by presenting new products, hosting webinars etc
- Taking part in the products' promotion (exhibitions, shows, press, webinar, etc.)
- Travelling occasionally in Japan and APAC.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- About 3 years of experience in a client facing role, either sales or customer success or customer service
- English and Japanese bilingual is required as you will be handling Japan customers and will need to carry out demonstrations/presentations in Japanese to non-English speakers.
- Experience in Software / SaaS would be a plus
- Good communication, presentation and teaching skills to educate clients about the product.
