
Student Recruitment Specialist/executive

The **Student Recruitment Specialist/Executive** is a dedicated individual with strong business acumen and at the same time with a passion to enrich students. He/She works with the Sales Lead to plan and execute innovative marketing strategies, promotions (sales promotion, direct selling, public relations, and advertising) of skills qualifications/development courses and higher education programmes. He/She provides student care services within a private education Institute. These include facilitating the orientation of and supporting channel partners or student recruiting agents, coordinating with the student services staff other related services.
**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
- Develop student recruitment strategies to increase revenue
- Liaise with teammates and other stakeholders to provide student recruitment and career counselling services
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare partners for student recruitment and staff training.
- Assist in promoting skills qualifications/development courses and other higher education programmes
- Obtain and surpass predetermined revenue goals
- Consistently deliver superior customer service
- Manage student admission and orientation services
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with educational standards and ethical guidelines, particularly those relevant to healthcare education.
- Undertake any other related duties as instructed by the direct supervisor.
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Diploma holder
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in similar roles
- Meticulous, have an eye for detail and well organized to meet the business requirements in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal staff, students and learning facilitators
- Must be able to work under pressure, exceed revenue targets, meet admin deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Knowledge of general business software like Microsoft Office 365 software suites
- Able to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within given parameters, prescribed routines, and accepted standard practices
- Ability to cultivate good work relationships with all colleagues, customers and authorities to contribute to team effectiveness and productivity
- Able to work on flexi-hours if required and occasionally on weekends (e.g. roadshow, career/job fairs, etc.)
Pay: From $3,000.00 per month
