**The Role**

Your Responsibilities will include:

- This job involves integrated circuit design responsibilities tailored towards process monitoring and yield enhancement.
- A successful IC Design and Test Engineer must be self-motivated and willing to adapt to the fast paced and ever-changing landscape within a start-up.
- This requires strong technical communication skills and a willingness to engage in and lead collaborative efforts across the various engineering disciplines with both co-workers and external partners.

**Ideal Profile**

**Skills Required**:

- Master’s degree in electrical engineering or Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years relevant industry experience in IC Design and/or IC Test
- Basic experience in Analog/mixed signal design
- Proficient at coding/scripting for data analysis and collection
- Experience in analyzing large datasets using Excel, JMP, SQL, matlab etc.
- Basic understanding of optoelectronic device operation.
- Strong communication skills
- Basic knowledge of device fabrication/processing
- Experience in designing yield enhancement, process monitoring, and design verification structures.
- CMOS/III-V device modeling
- Knowledge of ASIC Digital Design flow
