This role consists of 4 broad categories:
Permanent Visibility
- Adapt the point-of-sale (POS) requirements to suit each permanent space, ensuring Retail Excellence.
- Develop and distribute visual merchandising (VM) guidelines for store openings and launch updates.
- Collaborate with business units to prepare and execute campaigns, determining project quantities and implementation.
- Facilitate communication between brands and markets, ensuring alignment of vision for each campaign and launch update among stakeholders.

Temporary Visibility
- Full understanding of global brand strategy to implement POS Excellence for temporary spaces by adapting POS needs to the space.
- Collaborate with HQ retail team to ensure that distributors' launch in-store proposals and layouts are aligned with the brand's launch concept and guidelines.
- Prepare and customize layouts for all marketing activities (launches, re-boosts, promotional sites) along with the distributor brand management team
- Evaluate the implementation and provide solutions and comments to make improvements and amendments where required
- Prepare and validate customized launch shelf layouts adapted to local market realities

Visuals
- Create Merchandising and Visual guidelines along with designing 2D content of graphic design layouts according to each brand's requirements.
- Manage visual local production.

Administration and Reports
- Responsible for POS material forecasts and manage budgets, and investment in POS materials.
- Assist with store check reports upon request.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- At least 4 years of visual merchandising/in-store visual merchandising experience.
- Degree in Graphic/Design and/or a relevant discipline.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, AutoCAD, Sketch Up required as these tools are used on a daily basis for store planning and design.
- Strong project management skills required to handle different store projects.
