Through our continued commitment, DBS has cultivated long-standing relationships with its customers in the region that are based on account relationship management, service differentiation, product development and rigorous credit standards.Job Purpose: As the Regional SME Digital Engagement and Campaign lead, you are embedded with the Sales, Product, Digital Channel business teams to translate business priorities into an actionable digital communications strategy, marketing initiatives and engagement opportunities to upsell and cross-sell. You will play an important marketing role to develop insights and analytics aligned with business outcomes across the horizontal organisational journey.In addition, as Digital Engagement and Campaign lead, you will also play a vital role in driving paid media and content partnerships to drive overall brand awareness, credibility, and affinity to SMEs through the following:

- Develop and drive end to end campaign engagement
- from awareness, activation to conversion* Active participation/involvement in “Managing through journey”r; squads with other chapter representatives (Product, sales, channels, data etc) - To work on various key customer journey workstreams (ie.
Onboarding, Lending, Transactions etc.) - You will carry the business outcome KPIs of the squad, along with other key squad members (M1s)* Manage day-to-day stakeholder management to drive commercialisation of our portfolio of digital solutions and products such as - cash management services, trade finance, treasury, foreign exchange, bancassurance, ecosystem partners (but not limited to)* Partner closely with business and relationship managers to support their revenue targets (Working through journeys)* Delivering to the KPIs; brand recall, brand awareness, acquisition targets, SEM and SEO SOV, click-through, reach, leads, conversions, eDM open and click rates (but not limited to)* Co-develop launch and/or digital campaigns and marketing plans* Driving the communications and positioning along with the business managers to ensure alignment to meet business targets* Define and develop a measured approach to the agreed business outcomes* Have an omnichannel execution plan to include - ATL, BTL and PR in partnership with our Group Strategic Marketing Communications team* Support with communications on any trending or trouble shooting issues with product managers and customer care* Competitive analysis of competitors and developing key insights for future use cases* Data-driven marketer with analytics of the customer end-to-end journey* Develop best practice to share with in-country marketing teams - India, Indonesia, China, Taiwan and Hong Kong Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in a brand marketing, digital marketing or in similar environments* Have a problem solving, data-driven mindset, developing cohesive programs to scale, while having the ability to understand the larger business outcomes (for the near and long term)* Strong skills in communications, brand, product, project management and ability to develop and execution on commercialisation plans* Have had previous successful initiatives in achieving targets while working with creative and media agencies* Be an effective stakeholder to be highly collaborative and execute seamlessly of cross-functional initiatives* Ability to manage multiple programs while keeping budgeting and timeline deliverables* Highly adaptable and learn quickly from feedback to respond with prompt solutions to demonstrate the dynamic evolution required* A self-starter that is decisive, have a positive attitude while having a keen eye to detail* Be an active team member in the SME & Midcap regional marketing team and to the extended IBG regional team* Foster excellent relationships across the cross functional teams to support collaboration efforts-en
