**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java (OOP and Functional Programming).
- Implement and execute automated tests using Cucumber and Selenium frameworks.
- Analyze and understand XML/HTML documents, utilizing Xpath and DOM structure for effective test automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Continuously improve test automation processes and frameworks.
- Optionally, manage project dependencies and build processes using Maven.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Java development, with a strong understanding of both OOP and Functional Programming paradigms.
- Proven experience in test automation using Cucumber and Selenium.
- Proficiency in XML/HTML, including Xpath and DOM structure.
- Familiarity with Maven for project management and build automation (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and writing Gherkin syntax.
- Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Familiarity with other test automation tools and frameworks.
