**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Work with project manager & engineers in project planning and implementation.
- Conduct site survey with contractors, prepare and submit project schedule, progress reports, documentations as per project requirement timely.
- Coordinate with customers, contractors, CSE, sales support, and relevant parties e.g., testers and LEW to carry out the work on site as per plan and ensure smooth delivery of materials on site for installation, testing and commissioning.
- Conduct briefing to make sure everybody (especially contractors and workers at site) aware of the different safety aspects and dangers at the work site e.g. toolbox meeting before start work, and attend safety matters.
- Supervise work at sites, attend project meetings on site to ensure all works are executed safely and completed as planned.
- Submit materials requirement or purchase requisitions to project engineer or purchasing department for procurement of materials timely
- Assist project engineers in preparing and submitting engineering drawings (e.g., installation proposals, shop-drawings, technical drawings, as built drawings, etc)
- Assist project manager and engineers in preparation of mock up and submission of samples for approval
- Assist project engineer in preparation and submission of project progress claims and invoices to customers and submit project report to project managers
- Perform ad-hoc work related duties as assigned

**Technical Competencies**
- ITE / Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/ Green Building & Sustainable or related engineering qualifications.
- Knowledge in EV charging technology & market.
- Experience in electrical engineering field is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, single-line diagram, schematic diagram, etc.

**Task-Related Competencies**
- Good in both spoken and written English and /or Mandarin
- Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

**Interpersonal Competencies**
- Good communication skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Effective customer complaints handling skills
- Ability to establish good customer relationship

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,641.16 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
