About You

You will manage the installation projects of Otis lifts, escalators and dumbwaiters for assigned projects from commencement to completion including handover to service team.

Key Responsibilities- Ensure WWJSSS pertaining to construction activities are being adhered to- Implements and maintains all ISO 9000 procedures- Coordinate with main contractors, architects, and consultant teams on the projects requirement- Coordinate with internal supporting departments (engineering, factory team, drafting, supply chain, finance) on all relevant areas to fulfill project deliveries- Manage and responsible for the projects budget; including preparation and presentation of cost review to finance and management team- Propose, close deal and fulfill the variation works- Ascertain the actual location of building and study details of the lifts/lift hoist -ways/escalators.- Work with Main Contractor on delivery and storage of equipment and materials.- Ensure that the site structural dimensions correspond with that in the shop drawings.- Prepare and award subcontractors and other vendors award- Review project progress and provide guidance and advice for project team and help to resolve any problems with clients and sub-contractors.- Monitor progress of factory delivery dates- Raise and follow up on AMT & FTB etc- Handle project correspondences & report submission.- Manage and responsible for project progress claim and cashflow- Prepare and lead all the relevant authority inspection- Supervise and control the discipline, morale and performance of subordinates/subcontractors

Requirement- Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Engineering- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Project Engineer. Prior experience in lift and escalator industry is preferred- Proficient in Microsoft Office suites such as Words, PowerPoint and Excel- Familiar with ISO procedures and code of practices- Excellent stakeholders management; communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and result oriented- A leader and a team player, enjoy fast and dynamic multicultural work environment
